Es un tipus de corrent el\u00e8ctrica que serveix per disminuir el dolor en qualsevol part del \u00a0cos.<\/p>\n<p>Existeixen varius tipus de TENS:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 TENS convencional: per bloquejar el dolor a nivell espinal. Es pot utilitzar durant 30 minuts no existint cap contraindicaci\u00f3 en posar-lo 2 cops al dia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 TENS endorf\u00ednic: per provocar \u00a0un efecte vascularitzant en la zona dolorosa. El tractament pot durar 20 minutis i s\u2019utilitza 1 cop al dia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 TENS de barrido: es com el convencional per\u00f2 durant el tractament van variant els par\u00e0metres de l\u2019est\u00edmul. La duraci\u00f3 es de 20 minuts.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 TENS Burst: es un mix dels dos primers amb una durada del tractament de 15 minuts y 1 sol cop al dia.<\/p>\n<p>Quan hi ha una part del cos amb molt de dolor, la tend\u00e8ncia natural de la persona es evitar moviments de la zona dolorosa. Per\u00f2 aquesta immobilitat redueix l\u2019activitat metab\u00f2lica i per tant l\u2019incapacitat d\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 de les substancies productores del dolor. Explicat de forma general, el cervell hum\u00e0 pot generar un control sobre las vies que transmeten el dolor, tancant o obrint les seves portes, segons es vulgui sentir el dolor o evitar-lo. Tot aquest procediment es involuntari i inconscient, per\u00f2 els est\u00edmuls externs como el TENS s\u00ed poden fer-ho. Si el cervell esta distret, perd la capacitat de prestar atenci\u00f3 al dolor que l\u2019hi ocasiona la font del trauma, per tant no sent el dolor. D\u2019aquesta manera, el TENS l\u2019hi dona un est\u00edmul\u00a0 al nervi i el cervell esta pendent d\u2019aquest est\u00edmul. Es important anar canviant \u00a0la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia del TENS perqu\u00e8 el cervell no s\u2019hi acostumi.<\/p>\n<p>El TENS provoca un est\u00edmul en la musculatura amb el conseq\u00fcent augment de l\u2019activitat metab\u00f2lica, major flux sanguini, millor oxigenaci\u00f3 dels teixits amb una millora de l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 de substancies nutritives.<\/p>\n<p>Deixant de banda la part mes t\u00e8cnica, os pregunteu\u00a0 quin programa he d\u2019utilitzar? Et donem unes indicacions.<\/p>\n<p>Tots els aparells de TENS inclouen un manual d\u2019usuari on s\u2019indiquen els programes degudament \u00a0explicats i per a que serveixen, aix\u00ed que amb la patologia que diagnosticada pel metge i \u00a0amb els consells que os pugui donar el fisioterapeuta podeu elegir el programa mes adient.<\/p>\n<p>On col\u00b7loco els electrodes?<\/p>\n<p>Pots posar-te dos electrodes o quatre. Si col\u00b7loques dos electrodes has de col\u00b7locar-los un per sobre i l\u2019altre per sota de la zona mes dolorida.
